The desorption electrolysis system adds anions that are easily adsorbed by activated carbon to the desorption system, thereby replacing Au (CN) 2- and achieving gold desorption. The precious liquid obtained by desorption of gold loaded carbon is recovered by ionization method to obtain solid gold.
The high-efficiency, low consumption, and fast desorption electrolysis device from FTL Machinery mainly consists of two parts: desorption and electrolysis. The desorption and electrolysis processes are separated, and the solvent is carried out in the comprehensive desorption tower. The precious liquid electrolysis is completed in an independent electrolysis cell. The four processes of solvent desorption, precious liquid heating, solvent condensation, and solvent recovery are concentrated in the comprehensive desorption tower. The precious liquid obtained by desorbing the solvent vapor from the gold loaded carbon is introduced into an independently set electrolysis cell through a pipeline for electrolysis to obtain crude gold, which is then purified to obtain finished gold.

Advantages of gold desorption electrolysis plant
1. Under high temperature (150 ºC) and high pressure (0.5MPa) conditions, the desorption rate reaches over 98%;
2. The desorption electrolysis temperature is the same and does not require heat exchange. Due to its fast operation, the power consumption is 1/4 to 1/2 of that of conventional systems;
3. The non-toxic desorption combination agent contains a charcoal activator, which has a regenerative effect on charcoal. Poor charcoal does not require pyrometallurgical regeneration, saving the cost of charcoal regeneration;
4..Cyanide free: No need to add sodium cyanide to the desorption solution, low cost, and no pollution;
5..Gold mud has high grade, does not require reverse electrolysis, and is easy to extract;
6..Safety: It has triple safety protection measures, namely system intelligence, automatic pressure limiting and releasing mechanism, and safety valve.
