According to the different properties of phosphate ore, there are flotation, scrubbing and desliming methods for phosphate ore beneficiation; Re selection, chemical leaching, and combined beneficiation; Optoelectronic sorting, magnetic cover method, etc. Among them, flotation is the most widely used phosphate ore beneficiation process, including direct flotation, reverse flotation, positive and negative flotation, and double reverse flotation.
The phosphate ore production line can be applied to phosphate ores with complex and diverse ore structures, complex mineral occurrence relationships, fine grain size, close embedding relationships, widespread mixing and symbiosis, and difficult monomer dissociation.
Introduction of flotation beneficiation plant
Flotation beneficiation is a sorting method based on different physical and chemical properties of the mineral particles. Flotation is widely used in fine-grained disseminated metallic minerals, nonmetallic minerals, chemicals and other mineral sorting.
Main process of flotation production line:
1. Ore crushing
2. The crushed material was sent to ball mill for grinding.
3. Classified . Granule with unsuitable size will be sent back to the ball mill , while suitable ones will be sent to the flotation system.
4. Some medicament agent will be added to separate target material from others.
5. After going through the flotation system with coarse separating, sweeping separating, fine separating, they will be concentrated and filter pressed, and then get the final products
6.The whole process is finished.
