Introduction of Fluorite flotation beneficiation plant
The beneficiation methods for fluorite ore are gravity separation and flotation, which are also divided into gravity separation equipment and flotation equipment. Gravity separation equipment refers to jigs, and only jigs can process coarse-grained fluorite ore. Fluorite flotation equipment is similar to other mineral flotation equipment, including crushers, ball mills, flotation machines, etc.
The fluorite flotation process can be applied to difficult to select fluorite ores with complex ore properties such as high mud content in the original ore, coexistence of impurity minerals and fluorite, and fine grain size of useful minerals.

| Separation of Fluorite and Barite |

Introduction of flotation beneficiation plant
Flotation beneficiation is a sorting method based on different physical and chemical properties of the mineral particles. Flotation is widely used in fine-grained disseminated metallic minerals, nonmetallic minerals, chemicals and other mineral sorting.
Main process of flotation production line:
1. Ore crushing
2. The crushed material was sent to ball mill for grinding.
3. Classified . Granule with unsuitable size will be sent back to the ball mill , while suitable ones will be sent to the flotation system.
4. Some medicament agent will be added to separate target material from others.
5. After going through the flotation system with coarse separating, sweeping separating, fine separating, they will be concentrated and filter pressed, and then get the final products
6.The whole process is finished.
