Product Description

Cement manufacturing machinery (cement plant) is a cement equipment production line consisting of a series of equipment. Process of Cement Making Line

1. Crushing and preblending
Limestone, clay, iron ore, coal, etc. Limestone is the raw material with the largest consumption in cement production. After limestone is mined, it has large particle size and high hardness, so limestone crushing plays a more important role in cement plants.

2. Raw material prehomogenization and preparation
In cement production lines, at least 3 tons of materials (including raw materials, fuel, clinker, mixed materials, and gypsum) need to be ground to produce 1 ton of cement. Grinding operations consume about 60% of the total electricity of cement plants, raw material grinding consumes more than 30%, while coal mills used in cement plants consume 3% and cement grinding consumes about 40%. Therefore, it is very important to choose a suitable cement mill. 

3. Raw meal homogenization
Using homogenization technology, the best homogenization effect can be reasonably obtained to provide qualified products that meet the requirements.

4. Preheating and precalcination
Preheater and precalciner are key equipment in the precalcination production process.

5. Calcination of cement clinker in rotary kiln
Calcination of rotary kiln is a key step in cement production and directly affects the quality of cement clinker.

6. Cement grinding
Grind cement clinker (and gelling agent, performance adjustment materials, etc.), grind cement to appropriate particle size (fineness, specific surface area, etc.), optimize cement particle grading, increase hydration area, accelerate hydration speed, and meet the requirements of cement slurry coagulation and hardening.
