Gold CIL Processing Plant

  The Gold CIL (Carbon in Leach) Processing Plant is a highly efficient gold extraction and recovery process, widely used for processing high-grade gold ores and ores containing associated metals such as silver and copper. This process achieves efficient gold recovery through the simultaneous operation of cyanidation and activated carbon adsorption, and is particularly suitable for large gold mines and high-grade ores.

 
 

Product Parameters

 

1. Pulp Preparation: Gold ore is crushed and ground to produce pulp suitable for cyanidation. Impurities (such as sawdust) are removed from the pulp to prevent blockage of the activated carbon screen.
2. Cyanidation Leaching: The pulp is mixed with cyanide solution in agitated tanks for leaching.
3. Activated Carbon Adsorption: The leached pulp enters the adsorption tanks, where dissolved gold is adsorbed by activated carbon to form gold-loaded carbon.
4. Gold-Loaded Carbon Elution: The gold-loaded carbon is passed through a high-temperature and high-pressure elution system to remove gold from the activated carbon.
5. Electrowinning: The gold-containing solution after elution is passed through an electrolytic cell, where gold is deposited on the cathode to form gold mud.
6. Activated Carbon Regeneration: The activated carbon after elution is treated and reused for adsorption, achieving a circular economy.
7. Pulp Treatment: The pulp after leaching is treated through acidification and volatilization of alkali solution absorption to achieve environmentally friendly discharge.
