Process Flow

1. Pre-Enrichment:
   • Raw ore undergoes pre-selection to remove waste rock, increasing processing efficiency and reducing wear on equipment.
2. Gravity Separation:
   • The ore is processed through jigs and shaking tables to separate coarse wolframite particles.
3. Flotation:
   • Flotation cells are used to enhance the concentration of fine wolframite particles, removing impurities and increasing purity.
4. Magnetic Separation:
   • Magnetic separators are used to further purify the concentrate, especially for ores with better magnetic permeability.
5. Slime Treatment:
   • Fine wolframite slime is treated using a combination of gravity separation, flotation, and magnetic separation to recover tungsten.
