Jaw crushers are mainly used for primary crushing of various ores, rocks, etc. The maximum compressive strength of the crushed materials is 320MPa. Jaw crushers are widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, roads, railways, chemical industry and other sectors.
The motor transmits power through the belt to drive the movable jaw to make periodic movements around the eccentric shaft to the fixed jaw. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw increases, causing the movable jaw to approach the fixed jaw, and the material is crushed in the process. When the movable jaw descends, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw decreases, and the movable jaw of the jaw crusher leaves the fixed jaw under the tension of the pull rod and the spring, and the crushed material is discharged from the discharge port of the jaw crusher.
