Introduction
The Chrome Ore Processing Plant is a comprehensive solution designed to efficiently extract and concentrate high-grade chrome ore. This advanced plant integrates multiple stages of processing, including crushing, grinding, gravity separation, magnetic separation, and flotation, to maximize chrome recovery while minimizing operational costs.

Process Flow

1. Crushing and Screening:
   • Raw ore is crushed using jaw crushers and cone crushers to reduce the particle size to ≤ 20mm.
   • Vibrating screens are used to separate oversized material, which is returned for further crushing.
2. Grinding:
   • The crushed ore is ground in ball mills or rod mills to achieve a fine powder with a particle size of 0.074-2mm.
3. Gravity Separation:
   • The ground material is processed through spiral chutes and shaking tables to separate chrome concentrate.
4. Magnetic Separation:
   • Magnetic separators are used to further purify the chrome concentrate, especially for ores with better magnetic permeability.
5. Flotation:
   • Flotation cells are used to enhance the concentration of chrome, especially useful if the ore contains a variety of associated minerals.
6. Concentration and Dewatering:
   • The final chrome concentrate is thickened and dewatered to produce a dry concentrate suitable for further processing.
