Detial process introduction:
Reaction crystallization: magnesium powder is sucked into the internal dust removal silo by the negative pressure of the pneumatic conveying fan, and then transported into the magnesium liquid stirring tank through the quantitative conveyor for slurry making and then flows into the stirring reactor 1. Sulfuric acid is quantitatively delivered to the reactor 1 by the sulfuric acid metering pump, and a preliminary reaction is carried out in the reactor 1. Then the liquid flows into the stirring reactor 2, where the pH is adjusted and the reaction is fully completed. The liquid after the reaction is filtered by the reaction liquid delivery pump into the filter press, and the filter residue is collected and treated as fertilizer. The clear liquid enters the post-filtration liquid temporary storage tank as the mother liquid for temporary storage, and then is sent to the crystallization tank by the filtrate delivery pump for cooling and crystallization. The post-crystallization liquid flows into the post-crystallization liquid temporary storage tank for temporary storage, and then the crystals are separated from the liquid under the action of the centrifuge; the mother liquor after centrifugation enters the mother liquor temporary storage tank and is sent to the magnesium liquid stirring tank for reuse by the mother liquor delivery pump, and the crystal particles are sent to the magnesium heptahydrate temporary storage tank by the conveyor for temporary storage.
Drying and calcining: Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate crystals are quantitatively transported to the internal dust removal fluidized bed dryer by the quantitative feeding auger, and fully contacted with the dry hot air to complete the primary drying process. After drying, the material is sent to the high-temperature calciner by the calcination feeder to be calcined to anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and then enters the indirect cooler for cooling. After cooling, the material is sent to the finished product temporary storage warehouse by the discharging elevator for packaging. This system can produce magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, magnesium sulfate monohydrate, and anhydrous magnesium sulfate.
