1. Independent excitation for three discs. Current of each disc is adjustable separately. Magnetic intensity ranges from 8000 GS to 18000 GS for flexible separation
2. Dry separation process, no water needed, ideal for arid regions and water-sensitive minerals.
3. Multi-stage separation completed in one unit, shorter process flow instead of multiple single-disc separators.
4 Adjustable disc height. Separation gap can be fine-tuned to optimize separation performance.

Gravity Separation (Shaking Table / Jig) Rough Concentrate -Drying - Three Disc Magnetic Separator - Magnetic Concentrate+ Non-Magnetic Cassiterite / Zircon Sand
It is commonly combined with electrostatic separator for beach placer and tungsten-tin ore separation.

Iron removal for non-metallic minerals: feldspar, kyanite, andalusite
