Introduction
The Antimony Ore Gravity Flotation Processing Plant is a specialized facility designed to efficiently separate and concentrate antimony from antimony-bearing ores. This advanced plant integrates gravity separation and flotation technologies to maximize antimony recovery while minimizing operational costs.

Process Flow

1. Preparation Before Selection:
   • Hand-selected raw ore undergoes coarse and fine crushing to control the particle size below 30mm. The ore is classified into three particle sizes: 8-30mm, 2-8mm, and 0-2mm.
2. Gravity Separation:
   • The classified ore is fed into AM30, LTA1010/2, and sawtooth wave jigs for further selection. The resulting concentrate is mixed and sent to the concentrate selection area.
3. Flotation Separation:
   • The tailings from the gravity separation process are ground, graded, stirred, and floated. The flotation process adopts a one roughing, three cleanings, and two scavenging stages. High-grade antimony flotation concentrate is obtained through flotation.
4. Hand Selection:
   • For block-shaped rich ores with extremely coarse embedding particle size, a manual selection process is added in the crushing process. The manually selected tailings enter the re-election process again.

Main process of flotation production line:
1. Ore crushing
2. The crushed material was sent to ball mill for grinding.
3. Classified . Granule with unsuitable size will be sent back to the ball mill , while suitable ones will be sent to the flotation system.
4. Some medicament agent will be added to separate target material from others.
5. After going through the flotation system with coarse separating, sweeping separating, fine separating, they will be concentrated and filter pressed, and then get the final products
6.The whole process is finished.
