Project problem | Sand gold deposits exist in the form of natural gold, with coarse particle sizes generally ranging from 0.1 to 1.0mm. Grain sizes smaller than 0.074mm have very little gold content and do not contain colloidal clay, making them easy to clean sand gold deposits. However, the insufficient water source in the area has become a major challenge for the project. |
FTL Machinery Solution: | Our factory FTL Machinery has decided to adopt a two-stage jigs and shaking table selection process to directly produce rough gold and heavy sand. Considering the difficulty of water source and the terrain characteristics of the project, the gold mine in the project adopts machine mining and transportation, and a large-scale machine selection and beneficiation plant is constructed in a centralized manner. The gravity selection process equipment is simple and the process is relatively complete, which not only saves costs but also improves the recovery rate of sand gold. |
