Hydrated lime production line from our company adopts PLC control system, which performs the data processing, parameter setting, direct digital display, automatic alarm function and etc, increasing the production efficiency. World-class electric elements are used to ensure the operation safety and control system stability of the whole production line.
Hydrated lime Plant Layout:
The hydrator system may have different layout plans and optional equipments based on customers' demand or limitation of floor area or workshop.
Slaked lime has chemical decomposition and has been decomposed into CaOH (CaO+H2O=Ca(OH)2), then transported into classifier(mesh can be adjusted). After getting qualified slaked lime and removing impurity. Qualified slaked slime is transported into bucket elevator, then discharged into finished product hopper. According to customer need, it can packed into tank truck or bags. The pollution of whole project is solved by pulse jet dust collector, collecting efficiency is 99.5%, which accords with environmental protection and noise criteria.

The advantages of the differences between the calcium hydroxide equipment from FTL Machienry and the traditional production technology are as follows:
1. Inspection system:
The quality of the products can be guaranteed by the electronic means of hard examination and the time of the laboratory personnel sampling unit, so as to avoid the quality problems caused by the deviation of raw materials.
The equipment maintenance personnel shall inspect the operation cycle of each part by means of electronic means, and find and solve the problems in time to avoid the equipment running with fault, so as to improve the equipment life.
The hardness assessment is carried out by electronic means. The lubrication period of each operating part shall be avoided without oil and accidental wear.
2. Remote control on site
The equipment shall be opened and closed in remote control in all parts of the equipment production area to cope with the emergency situation and avoid financial loss of personnel.
3. Discharge temperature
The temperature of the discharge is controlled at about 45 ºC, and the water content of the discharge is controlled at about 1%. In order to prevent the agglomeration of finished products, improve the efficiency of powder selection and waste of slag.
