        We are professional manufacturer, with rich experienced engineer to design and produce small to medium scale Gold concentrating production line, including Merrill Crowe Zinc Precipitation Plants for the recovery of gold and silver, gold heap leaching plant, Gold CIP / CIL plant, gold ore flotation processing plant, and other processing technology according to different ores.

          The gold heap leaching process is to crush low-grade gold ore to a certain particle size (or granulation), pile it on a leak proof base made of asphalt, concrete or plastic materials, and spray low concentration cyanide, alkaline solution, non-toxic solvent or dilute sulfuric acid solution on the ore heap to dissolve the gold. The gold containing solution infiltrates from the ore heap, and then the gold is recovered by adsorption with activated carbon or precipitation with zinc powder.
         Application field: The gold heap leaching process is commonly used to develop small or low-grade gold deposits, or both, and cannot be developed and utilized by conventional methods.


 
process conditions The heap leaching method for gold extraction does not require high terrain conditions, and can be adapted to local conditions by setting up permanent unloading or stacking yards according to the terrain characteristics. If the terrain on the mountaintop or slope is relatively gentle and open, it is suitable for constructing permanent unloading yards.
Raw ore processing The raw ore is crushed to a certain particle size (30-50mm) using the jaw crusher and cone crusher produced by FTL Machinery, and then directly sent to the heap for leaching; Alternatively, granulation treatment can be carried out (to agglomerate finer particles into coarse powder clusters), and then the ore can be transported by shovel to the ore heap for stacking.
Heap leaching system Install a heap leaching system on the laid ore heap. After the cyanide solution reacts with the ore heap, the gold containing solution (noble liquid) seeps out from the bottom of the ore heap and flows into the noble liquid pool. It is pumped into the adsorption column by the noble liquid pump, and the solution adsorbed by activated carbon is the lean liquid, which is returned to the spray system for reuse.
Precious liquid gold extraction
Use an efficient, low consumption, and fast desorption electrolysis system or zinc powder displacement device to extract gold from the precious liquid, and obtain the product after smelting.

Crushing, Screening Process
The raw ore is fed into the primary crusher by a vibrating feeder, and then into the secondary crusher by a belt conveyor. The crushed ore is sent to the vibrating screen for sorting, the ore under the screen is sent to the powder silo, and the ore above the screen is sent to the third crusher by a belt conveyor for re-crushing. The crushed ore is then sent to the screening machine for sorting, which is a three-stage one-closed-loop crushing flow chart.
 
 
Grinding, Classification Process
The raw material from the powder silo is sent to the first ball mill through the feeder and belt conveyor. The ball mill discharges to the spiral classifier, and the slurry with larger particle size is returned for re-grinding. The overflow is pumped to the hydrocyclone for the second classifier, and the slurry with larger particle size enters the second ball mill, and the discharge returns to the second classifier. This is a two-step two-closed-loop grinding flow chart. The overflow of the
hydrocyclone is sent to the slag screen and thickener.

Concentration
After dewatering and thickening by thickener, overflow pulp density of the classifier will be adjusted to the required concentration of the leaching reaction (40%), and to ensure uniform leaching process, continuous feeding.

 
 
Leaching And Adsorption
Concentrated pulp by thickener fed to the leaching tank by slurry pump, adding sodium cyanide stirred 20-24 hours. Gold with cyanide to form gold cyanide complexes, gold-cyanide complex is adsorpted by activated carbon, gold loaded carbon is formed, when carbon reaches a certain grade gold, with air lifter gold loaded carbon will mention to carbon lifting sieve to dewatering, and transported to desorption electrolysis systems by pump.

Desorption And Electrowinning
Desorption solution through heating delivered to the analytical column which loaded gold loader carbon, the desorption column will be temperatured, pressured, the gold precipitated from carbon. After desorbed, the bare carbon returned to the leach adsorption section.
After desorption, the gold contained pregnant solution come into electrowinning cell, get gold powder, electrolysis lean solution
can be returned for elution.
