Introduction of Kaolin beneficiation plant
Process introduction: Dry wet separation is the two main processes of FTLMachinery kaolin beneficiation process. The dry separation process is used to process kaolin ore with high whiteness and low gravel content, which is easy to operate and cost-effective. The kaolin raw ore is crushed in the kaolin crusher, and then the kaolin concentrate can be ground in the Raymond mill to obtain. The wet kaolin beneficiation process is used to process complex kaolin ore. FTLMachinery wet beneficiation process uses high gradient magnetic separation (HGMS), foam flotation and selective flocculant to make full use of kaolin mineral resources.
Application field: Wet beneficiation of kaolin is suitable for kaolin ores with soft texture and high brightness.

Flotation beneficiation is a sorting method based on different physical and chemical properties of the mineral particles. Flotation is widely used in fine-grained disseminated metallic minerals, nonmetallic minerals, chemicals and other mineral sorting.
Main process of flotation production line:
1. Ore crushing
2. The crushed material was sent to ball mill for grinding.
3. Classified . Granule with unsuitable size will be sent back to the ball mill , while suitable ones will be sent to the flotation system.
4. Some medicament agent will be added to separate target material from others.
5. After going through the flotation system with coarse separating, sweeping separating, fine separating, they will be concentrated and filter pressed, and then get the final products
6.The whole process is finished.
