As a primary crusher, it is mainly used to break large pieces of ore or rock into smaller particle sizes for further secondary or fine-crushing processing.The discharge port of the jaw crusher can be adjusted in size, and the particle size of the material can be controlled by adjusting the size of the discharge port.
The adjustment range of the discharge port of the jaw crusher is generally between 10~300mm, and the specific range may vary depending on the model and specifications.
The width of the discharge port can be changed by manually rotating the bolts on the discharge port or adjusting the wedge.
Jaw crusher is suitable for processing various materials with a particle size not exceeding 1200mm and a compressive strength not exceeding 320MPa.
