Centrifugal gold concentrator is an efficient equipment for recovering free gold in all particle size ranges, specially for recovery of fine gold which is lost during the operation of the gravitational concentrators(sluice boxes and jigs). It can be used not only for placer gold mining, but also for hard rock mining to recover the natural gold, replacing amalgamation, and recover gold from the old tailings.
The shaking table is a gravity separation equipment, mainly used to separate rare metals and precious metals such as gold, silver, lead-zinc, tantalum-zinc, and tin. The function of the shaking table is similar to that of a centrifugal gold separator. It is a placer gold washing equipment. It is rarely used in the rough separation of placer gold ore, but is mostly used for the separation and purification of the coarse concentrate of placer gold ore. It can extract gold with higher purity.
Applicable materials: rare metals and precious metal ores such as coal, gold, iron, magnesite, copper, manganese, tin, tungsten, chromium, and titanium. It can also be used for the purification of non-metallic ores such as talc, limestone, garnet, and pyrophyllite.
The working principle of the shaking table is to use the combined effects of the specific gravity difference of the sorted minerals, the alternating movement of the bed surface, the transverse oblique flow, and the grooves (or notched grooves) to loosen the ore on the bed surface and form fan-shaped zones, thereby producing different products.
