Gold Ore CIL CIP Plant refers to a series of mechanical devices that extract gold from gold mine pulp through cyanidation leaching. In the gold mine full mud cyanidation process, cyanide solution is added to the pulp, and the gold in the gold mine is dissolved into gold cyanide (gold cyanide complex) through chemical reactions, and then the gold is extracted from the pulp through a series of subsequent treatments, such as adsorption, desorption, and electrolysis.
The ground ore is fed into a grinding and leaching tank with a cyanide solution, where the gold is dissolved in the cyanide. The concentrated solution is then transferred to a series of tanks, where carbon is added. The gold is adsorbed onto the surface of the carbon. The carbon with the gold attached is removed by screening. The gold-bearing carbon is then introduced into a heated sodium hydroxide-cyanide-water solution, where the gold dissolves. This concentrated solution passes through a series of electrolytic cells, where the gold is rapidly plated onto a stainless steel cathode. The gold is washed off the cathode with a high-pressure spray, dried and melted, and then poured into molds for gold bricks or ingots.
1. Crushing and screening
The raw ore is fed into the primary crusher by a vibrating feeder, and then into the secondary crusher by a belt conveyor. The crushed ore is sent to the vibrating screen for sorting, the ore under the screen is sent to the powder silo, and the ore above the screen is sent to the third crusher by a belt conveyor for re-crushing. The crushed ore is then sent to the screening machine for sorting, which is a three-stage one-closed-loop crushing flow chart.
2. Grinding, Classification Process
The raw material from the powder silo is sent to the first ball mill through the feeder and belt conveyor. The ball mill discharges to the spiral classifier, and the slurry with larger particle size is returned for re-grinding. The overflow is pumped to the hydrocyclone for the second classifier, and the slurry with larger particle size enters the second ball mill, and the discharge returns to the second classifier. This is a two-step two-closed-loop grinding flow chart. The overflow of the hydrocyclone is sent to the slag screen and thickener.
3. Concentration
After dewatering and thickening by thickener, overflow pulp density of the classifier will be adjusted to the required concentration of the leaching reaction (40%), and to ensure uniform leaching process, continuous feeding.
4. Leaching And Adsorption
Concentrated pulp by thickener fed to the leaching tank by slurry pump, adding sodium cyanide stirred 20-24 hours. Gold with cyanide to form gold cyanide complexes, gold-cyanide complex is adsorpted by activated carbon, gold loaded carbon is formed, when carbon reaches a certain grade gold, with air lifter gold loaded carbon will mention to carbon lifting sieve to dewatering, and transported to desorption electrolysis systems by pump.
3. Desorption And Electrowinning
Desorption solution through heating delivered to the analytical column which loaded gold loader carbon, the desorption column will be temperatured, pressured, the gold precipitated from carbon. After desorbed, the bare carbon returned to the leach adsorption section.
After desorption, the gold contained pregnant solution come into electrowinning cell, get gold powder, electrolysis lean solution
can be returned for elution
