Introduction of Tin ore beneficiation plant
Due to the higher density of tin ore compared to co occurring minerals, the beneficiation technology for tin ore generally adopts the
gravity separation method. However, due to the presence of various iron oxide minerals such as magnetite and hematite in minerals, these minerals cannot be well separated from tin ore by gravity separation or flotation. Therefore,
magnetic separation or flotation operations are also used.
The reselection method is a traditional method for processing tungsten, tin, and gold ores, especially for processing sand gold and sand tin ores. It is also widely used in the processing of sand ores containing rare metals such as niobium, tantalum, titanium, zirconium, etc. Re selection is also used to separate weakly magnetic iron ore, manganese ore, and chromium ore.
A brief Introduction of Processing Art:
1.Crushing and screening
Crush the raw ore to 20mm and sieve it into two particle sizes, 20-4 and 4-0mm.
2.Pre selection
Pre select 20-4mm ore into a heavy medium cyclone, then pass through a rod mill and use a jigs for pre selection. The tailings from the jigs are screened out using a 2mm vibrating screen and+2mm is used as waste tailings, while -2mm is sent to a shaker for sorting.
3. flotation selection
After grinding the jig and shaker concentrates separately, mixed flotation is carried out, and the mixed flotation tailings are sorted by shaker to produce qualified tin concentrate. The mixed flotation concentrate is then finely ground for lead-zinc separation flotation, and produces lead antimony concentrate and zinc concentrate respectively.
4. Gravity selection
The mineral mud enters the Φ 300mm cyclone, and the overflow is then removed from the fine mud by the Φ 125mm and Φ 75mm hydraulic cyclone groups. The settling sand is concentrated, flotation desulfurized, and then subjected to cassiterite flotation.
Introduction of flotation beneficiation plant
Flotation beneficiation is a sorting method based on different physical and chemical properties of the mineral particles. Flotation is widely used in fine-grained disseminated metallic minerals, nonmetallic minerals, chemicals and other mineral sorting.
Main process of flotation production line:
1. Ore crushing
2. The crushed material was sent to ball mill for grinding.
3. Classified . Granule with unsuitable size will be sent back to the ball mill , while suitable ones will be sent to the flotation system.
4. Some medicament agent will be added to separate target material from others.
5. After going through the flotation system with coarse separating, sweeping separating, fine separating, they will be concentrated and filter pressed, and then get the final products
6.The whole process is finished.
