      The Belt filter press (sludge filter press,sludge dewatering machine) is equipped with a vertical thickening and pre-dehydration unit, which enables the dewatering machine to flexibly handle different types of sludge. The thickening section and the filter press section use vertical drive units, and different types of filter belts are used respectively. The overall frame of the equipment is made of stainless steel, and the bearings are made of polymer wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, making the dewatering machine more durable and reliable, and requiring less maintenance.

    Belt filter press (belt vacuum filter) is a widely applicable product for efficient dewatering of sludge from municipal, industrial, mining and aggregaes wastewater treatment. Especially suitable for dewatering of tailings mud such as iron ore, copper ore, lead-zinc ore,

fluorite ore, bauxite or rare earth ore; Dewatering operations such as ore dressing wastewater, sand washing mud, and wash plantsludge.

Working principle:

 

   The belt filter press has compact structure, novel style, convenient operation and management, large processing capacity, low moisture content of filter cake and good effect. Compared with the same type of equipment, it has the following characteristics:
1. The first gravity dewatering section is inclined, which makes the sludge up to 1700mm from the ground, increases the height of sludge in the gravity dewatering section, and improves the gravity dewatering capacity.
2. The gravity dewatering section is long, and the first and second gravity dewatering sections are more than 5m in total, which makes the sludge fully dehydrated and lose its fluidity before pressing. At the same time, the gravity dehydration section is also equipped with special mechanisms such as reverse rotation, which can make the sludge filter cake obtain less water content through the functions of wedge-shaped and S-shaped pressing.
3. The first dewatering roller adopts "t" type water drain tank, which makes a large amount of water quickly discharged after pressing, thus improving the dewatering effect.

4. Automatic control device is set for belt deviation. The belt tension and moving speed can be adjusted freely, and the operation and management are convenient.
