 Introduction: It is a set of gold mud obtained from gold loaded carbon through desorption and electrolysis under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
Processing capacity : ≥ 3.5kg/t
Application scope: Used for cyanide refining to extract solid gold from gold loaded carbon.

 Advantages of gold desorption electrolysis plant

1. Under high temperature (150 ºC) and high pressure (0.5MPa) conditions, the desorption rate reaches over 98%;
2. The desorption electrolysis temperature is the same and does not require heat exchange. Due to its fast operation, the power consumption is 1/4 to 1/2 of that of conventional systems;
3. The non-toxic desorption combination agent contains a charcoal activator, which has a regenerative effect on charcoal. Poor charcoal does not require pyrometallurgical regeneration, saving the cost of charcoal regeneration;
4..Cyanide free: No need to add sodium cyanide to the desorption solution, low cost, and no pollution;
5..Gold mud has high grade, does not require reverse electrolysis, and is easy to extract;
6..Safety: It has triple safety protection measures, namely system intelligence, automatic pressure limiting and releasing mechanism, and safety valve.
