Introduction

Process Flow

1. Crushing and Grinding:
   • The extracted copper ore undergoes primary crushing using jaw crushers and secondary crushing using cone crushers. The ore is then ground into a fine powder using ball mills.
2. Flotation:
   • The finely ground ore is mixed with water to create a slurry. Collectors and froth stabilizers are added to the slurry. Collectors increase the hydrophobicity of the copper minerals, while froth stabilizers help maintain the froth.
   • Air is injected into the slurry, producing bubbles. The hydrophobic copper minerals attach to these bubbles, forming a froth that rises to the surface and is skimmed off.
3. Filtration and Dewatering:
   • The copper concentrate pulp obtained by flotation is transported to a high-efficiency thickener for concentration. Finally, the concentrated bottom flow is filtered and dehydrated by a filtering machine to obtain a qualified concentrate.
